Want a better lifestyle?

Gluten free to Grain free. I started eating gluten free consistently in 2003. The benefits included less brain fog, more energy, and most importantly, less digestive issues. This made my life better and resulted in better heath and greater productivity. The gluten free diet forces a person to eat more whole foods; however, there are a lot of so called gluten free substitutes that are not healthy. I could also eat and digest dairy products again so, this was an enjoyable benefit. In 2015, my search for better health showed me that going totally grain free was the next step to optimal health. Once again the benefits included; the elimination of brain fog, weight loss, greater mental focus, more energy, less mental highs and lows, more productivity and cured my acid reflux. There are many long term benefits from eliminating grains and sugars and replacing them with whole foods and healthy fats. Ask me.
