Research Studies
There is a research study out that said that parents in this generation will out live there children. That is a bold statement and something to think about. If you look at what our children eat on a day to day schedule. Most eat something either prepared for the like McDonalds or another fast food restaurant or something from a package and they put it in the microwave. These products are slowly killing our children. They are not get the whole foods that they need, WHEN and WHO is going to stop this. I am guilty of feeding this JUNK to my children, but it has stopped. Our family has stopped buying prepackaged products like Fruit Loops, BIG Macs, etc. we have realized what we are doing and changing. I am doing the Ketopia reset program and will be doing the same for my family, some people might think we are different because we don't eat at fat food restaurants. I want to live clean and my family too. I have rep early talked about Ketopia and the benefits it has, but like I have always said is the proof is in the pudding. Well at the start of my Ketopia journey I am 215lbs and my goal is to get to 195lbs, for a man who is 45 years old and 6'1" I think that is a comfortable weight. I have always been bigger but have been weight training and changed some of the fat to muscle and at my age it is getting harder to do but still working at it.
