1. AIR  it is abundant, and a positive deposit ...its conducts electricity, so breath deep, it's free!

2. WATER 70% of the earth, fruits, vegetables and the human body, moving water conducts electricity.

3. SUNSHINE we need it, the sun produces rare micro-nutrients that only the sun can deliver to us.

4. EXERCISE many ways, studies indicate simply walking fires up the metabolism, makes us happy!

5. NATURE if Mother Nature made it ...eat, it. If man made it ...eat it in moderation or leave it alone.
                 signature food such as... carrots - eye, walnut- brain, tomatoes - resembles the heart.

6. RELATIONSHIPS the nutritional value of being responsible for having healthy relationships
                 with people we love and who fuel our energy, instead of the opposite with ill relationships.

7. PASSION live in your passion, whatever it is, dancing, singing or gardening, etc...do it abundantly.

8. SPIRITUALITY whatever that means to you, something that's bigger than all of us, you will
                 feel more alive than ever, and it's electricity. You will leverage the magic bullet which
                 is your body. The body will perform miracles by the minute, when you learn how to
                 honor and edify it's intelligence.


By living the 8 principles of health, your body is practically bound to put you in a space of health, happiness, peace and abundance.

Health is the pathway to creating and sustaining your dreams of love, family, success and spirituality.
