Update
I posted that I had start my Ketopia journey well 1 day in and 2.8 lbs lost my start was 211.8 and this morning I was 209lbs. Feeling great no hunger, or cravings, lots of energy and mental clarity.

I have started!!!
Well everyone I have started my Jetopia journey, I weighted in this morning at 211.8lbs and will be updating it every morning. I was in the state Ketosis in a matter of only an hour and I was showing a moderate level of Ketosis.
Like I have already posted I will have a draw for a FREE 10 day Ketopia reset package the winner will receive it free of charge.
