Family
So last night I went to a meeting with Rob Alwin. He hit home with a lot things and something really hit my heart.
I need to be the prove of what I'm talking about, and I thought I was until he reminded me about my team has to be a family, filled with people like me that want to help themselves as much as they want to help others. Somewhere along the way I had lost that and was only focused on what I wanted.

I see that I had tunnel vision and only saw the light at end of tunnel or my goals in mind, this is much bigger then me or you.
