Research Studies

There is a research study out that said that parents in this generation will out live there children. That is a bold statement and something to think about. If you look at what our children eat on a day to day schedule. Most eat something either prepared for the like McDonalds or another fast food restaurant or something from a package and they put it in the microwave. These products are slowly killing our children. They are not get the whole foods that they need, WHEN and WHO is going to stop this. I am guilty of feeding this JUNK to my children, but it has stopped. Our family has stopped buying prepackaged products  like Fruit Loops, BIG Macs, etc. we have realized what we are doing and changing.
